CREATE hosts a variety of year-round programming and provides opportunities for individuals and organizations to table or sell in our historic Great Hall. Vendors gain access to our established audience and engaged creative community, which provides a fantastic connection with the Stevens Point community. Please email us with any needs or questions!

Holiday Market

Dec 6th, 12-4pm in CREATE’s Great Hall

Fee: $40 per vendor 

Spaces available: 20 (first come, first served)

Booth size: 8x8 ft

Tables: Not provided

Spot with Outlets: Guaranteed for 10 vendors

Setup-Day of: Complete by 11:30 AM

Teardown-Day of: Complete by 4:30 PM

Sign-up Due by: November 21st

General Vendor Rules

General Vendor Rules:

  • Interpretation & Enforcement: All vendors must follow event rules, as well as local, state, and federal statutes regarding health, safety, and fire regulations. CREATE Portage County reserves the right to interpret and enforce rules.

  • Conduct: Vendors must conduct themselves professionally. Violations may result in a warning or removal from the event and future events.

  • Liability: Vendors are responsible for their merchandise and personal property. CREATE is not liable for loss or damage.

  • Cleanup & Teardown: Vendors must remove all waste and leave their space clean.

  • Merchandise: Only appropriate, safe, and legal materials may be sold. No raffle tickets or merchandisemay be sold without prior approval.

  • Cancellation: Vendor fees are non-refundable. Vendors are responsible for considering the risk of low attendance.

  • Security: Vendors must secure their own valuables; CREATE is not liable for theft or loss.

Food Vendor Rules: (if applicable)

  • Only pre-packaged, commercially made foods or vendors with appropriate food licenses/permits are allowed.

  • Vendors are responsible for complying with all local health and safety regulations.

  • CREATE Portage County and organizers assume no liability for food-related issues or illnesses.

CREATE Portage County hosts family-friendly events. It is the vendor’s responsibility to ensure that all representatives conduct themselves in a courteous and professional manner.
