  • $10 Day Passes and Bundles: Be a member for the day and take advantage of our historic coworking space (from 7AM to 8PM, any Weekday or Weekend). Enjoy a range of amenities in our Great Hall, Community Room and Cafe or relax and work on our covered patio. Select the Flexible Five Day Bundle for two free days or upgrade to a Makerspace Day Pass. Use passes anytime you like, with no expiration.

  • $25/Month Coworker Membership: Unlimited coworking in our historic Great Hall, Community Room and Cafe spaces. Extended Business Hour Access (M-F 7am-8pm), Two Free Conference Room Hours Per Month, 50% off Studio, Makerspace and Additional Conference Room Hours, and 25% off Equipment Rentals.

  • $50/Month Creator Membership: Extended coworking and private meeting options, including weekend access. Rent With Us!

Kick off your next meetup, conference or gala in style with in-house decor, lighting, sound and video equipment. Indoor and outdoor solutions are available for any size meetup or formal event. We offer a variety of spaces, resources and services at hourly rates with no minimums.

  • $15/Hour Backstage or Mezzanine Conference Rooms: Gather in a historic setting with stained glass windows and full climate control. Customize your layout for a 10-20 person conference or group tables. Tech for presentations and hybrid meetings included at no cost.

  • $15/Hour Recording Studio: Professional Recording Studio and Editing Lab, includes a sound-dampened rehearsal/performance space (which is also setup as a photo/video studio) and separate control room with mixing/editing station. The Mac Studio is setup with a mixer, two mics and professional software licenses (Adobe CC, Logic, Ableton, and more).

  • $20/Day Makerspace: Design, print, laser cut and 3D scan in our Makerspace, using a variety of hardware and software (including free filament for beginners). Hardware/Software includes workstations with Corel Draw and Ultimaker Cura, Anycubic Vyper 3D Printers, an Epilog Laser Cutter (with C02 laser tube), Frog3D Tabletop 3D Scanner, Brother ScanNCut and Embroidery Machines, Cricut EasyPress and Soldering Stations.

  • $35/Hour Cafe: Ample room for a 25-50 person conference or event, includes A/V tech and a counter with sink for food/drinks. Carry-in food and N/A beverage allowed with bartending service for alcholic drinks available by request.

  • $50/Hour Community Room: Customizable space and soft furniture for 80+ people to mix and mingle in a historic setting. The adjoining covered patio provides access to our wooded lawn, and includes lights, outlets and patio furniture. A/V tech is included and carry-in food and N/A beverage allowed. Bartending service for alcoholic drinks available by request.

  • The Great Hall: Our signature event space, with magnificent vaulted ceilings and stained glass surrounding a thrust stage and room for up to 470 people. This space can be configured into a variety of layouts with tables, chairs and bar service. It can also be bundled with additional/adjoining rooms, decorations, technology and services.
