This knitting meet-up is designed for knitters who have never read a pattern before, and have the basics down for knitting and purling.

Each week we’ll work through a number of rows, so everyone is getting to the same section at the same time. We can always change the pacing if needed.

The first pattern is “Classic World War II Watch Cap (Archived)” from Ravelry -- a free pattern available to download. Copies of the pattern will also be at the first class. 

This pattern can be worked on using circular or straight needles. Choose the needles with which you are more comfortable.
