WHY SPONSOR CREATE?
Today’s businesses understand that quality of life is an HR issue. Happy and connected residents make for long-term employees. In a short time, CREATE Portage County has become a recognized leader in community development, moving forward projects that bolster creativity, foster connection, and strengthen collaboration to build a more vibrant economy and community for all residents in the Stevens Point Area.
Our investments are working. According to the North Central WI Regional Plan Commission, we have seen a 60% reduction in the regional workforce shortage projected for 2025. Portage County has experienced the bulk of those gains, growing at the national average despite demographic trends challenging most small and northern communities.
We do this work through the generous support of community businesses, who understand that a collaborative approach has greater impact than any single business can have on its own. Become a sponsor today and support the value tens of thousands of residents and visitors are adding to their lives each year through CREATE!
