Both the theme – Earth & Industry – and the location were selected to enhance this partnership, which sought to incorporate art into the rich tradition that is the Energy Fair. The second Phantom Gallery was brought to life by the progressive bluegrass band Armchair Boogie, and local visual artists Boleslaw and August Kochanowski, Angie Hall, Logan Erickson, Joy Ratchkramer, Ahna Butt, and Robert Rosen.
